Fiscal year 2: 1 August 2025 – 31 July 2026

Based in Kita City, Tokyo, we ran drama education and community programs.

Drama education for children and youth	Kita Theater Lab elementary school class and junior/senior high school class (every Sunday, at Cocokita). We took over the classes from the predecessor organization in April 2026.	Enrolled: 41 elementary 13 junior/senior high
Artist outreach programs	A drama program in moral education for 9th graders at Sakuragaoka Junior and Senior High School; a touring performance and workshop at Sekiguchidaimachi Elementary School (Bunkyo City); a career-education lecture at Meidai Junior High School (Bunkyo City); a workshop for teachers at the Bunkyo City junior high school drama research group.	Students: about 120 / 60 / 300 Teachers: 9
Community engagement through theater	Sakura Theater Lab, 5th production, Challenger (16 November 2025; co-hosted with Machi to Kurashi no Bunkasai), a participatory workshop for local residents.	Local residents (outdoor event; attendance not counted)
Stage productions	Took part, as a cooperating organization, in the 16th-term showcase Jungle Education of the Kita AKT STAGE drama club (27–29 March 2026, 6 performances). We handled script, direction, choreography, lighting, sound, and documentation. The event was hosted by the nonprofit Kita AKT STAGE.	Audience: 168 (free admission)
Support for school drama clubs	Coaching for a high school drama club (every Monday and Friday).	High school students: 30
